The Office of Events Management & Conference Services invites you to consider the following event planning tip: When planning events for the Spring 2013 semester in academic classrooms, those spaces may be reserved after the Census Date on January 30 when the Registrar’s office has finalized class schedules.
Here are the latest event planning tips from the Office of Events Management & Conference Services: Tabling by registered student organizations is not allowed during new student orientation sessions, which take place throughout the summer. When scheduling an event, please keep in mind the UC’s reduced summer building hours and closures.
