(Nov. 12, 2013)—The University Center and Frost Bank invite UTSA faculty and staff to a UC Lunch and Learn Seminar, “The Fundamentals of Insurance.” The event will be from 11 a.m. to noon, Monday, November 18, in the HUC Harris Room (UC 2.212).
The speakers, Ms. Lorena Rios-Contreras, Vice President of Frost Insurance and Mr. Tom Marconi, a Personal Risk Advisor with Frost Bank, will be presenting about the importance of different types of insurance.
Ms. Contreras has been part of the Frost family since 2000. As a Frost risk advisor, she assists clients in identifying risk, the providing tailored insurance solutions to management that risk along with ongoing advice and guidance as future needs arise.
Co-presenter, Mr. Marconi, is a San Antonio native who has been in the financial industry for 32 years, including 25 of those as a member of the Frost family. He oversees the Personal Insurance division, and has worked in insurance for the past 11 years. He’s licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health, and specializes in personal assets.
