The University Center and Frost Bank have partnered again to invite UTSA faculty and staff to “Mortgages 2.0,” a new UC Lunch and Learn Seminar, from noon to 1 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 27 in the University Center Bexar Room (1.102) on the Main Campus. This seminar is a follow up of a previous mortgages seminar conducted in January of this year. Participants need not have attended the previous session to benefit from the presentation. This session will review how markets impact mortgages, trends in the local housing markets and whether a refinance makes sense for you.
The speaker for the event, Scott Cummins, is a senior loan officer with Cornerstone Mortgage Co. He received a degree in business administration from Our Lady of the Lake University and completed an executive MBA at UTSA.
Complimentary lunch will be provided to the first 25 people who reserve a seat for the seminar. Please RSVP to UCinfo@utsa.edu to reserve your spot at the Lunch and Learn.
